Anthony J. Mazza AIA Architects and Planners is a full service architectural firm located in Brevard County, Florida. For the past 38 years we have designed over 500 projects in Brevard, Indian River, and Orange Counties, Florida. We pride ourselves on client service by designing colorful, cost effective, and well planned buildings and renovations for our clients.
Architecture begins and ends with the client. We spend a lot of time determining the clients needs, evaluating the site, and looking at cost effective design solutions. With renovation projects we carefully look at the existing building and structure to determine how best to renovate. Engineers may be brought into the team to help determine a course of action. The more complex the design problem and the site constraints the more creative our design solution become.

ANTHONY J. MAZZA
Tony Mazza earned his Bachelor in Architecture degree from the University of Notre Dame, Master in Architecture degree from the University of Pennsylvania and Master in City Planning and Urban Design also from the University of Pennsylvania. He is currently licensed to practice Architecture in Florida, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Before founding Anthony J. Mazza AIA Architects and Planners, He worked for several of the most prestigious design firms in the Philadelphia area.
He worked at the Kling Partnership, Ewing Cole, and Robert Lynn & Associates. While Anthony worked in these firms, he was project designer and project architect on several multi-million dollar projects ranging from hospitals to transportation facilities. Anthony was also Director of Facilities at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, where he finished a major hospital expansion program. He gained useful knowledge about healthcare design and managing large complex projects with limited budgets. Later on in his career, he worked at Dettore Associates managing several complex school renovations for Lower Merion School District. During this time, he gained further experience in construction management especially with regard to education facilities.
Over Anthony's career he has honed his design skills as an architect and his project management skills as facilities manager. As a facilities manager he knows what to look for when hiring an architect and has incorporated those qualities in his consulting firm.
